Award-winning “Ice In Our Veins” campaign, driven by an operational content plan for Team Canada on-the-ground at Rio Games. The campaign included 60, 30, and 10-second spots, supported by organic social media. Deployed via Team Canada digital channels and via athletes’ social media channels + TV, Print, and OOH.
Record-breaking performance on the field, matched by record-breaking digital engagement for a Summer Games. Social channels growth up 488% (2.5X benchmark). Included Facebook Live Studio at the Canada Olympic House – which hosted conversations and interviews with Canadian athletes – generating 8.5 million views. Team Canada hashtags 1.8 billion impressions. Olympic.ca 3 million sessions (6X previous Games).
